6.Full amount paid will be refunded if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods due to some unforeseen circumstances.

7. All products are brand new and we assure you that the quality and condition of the product are properly examined before they leave our store for delivery. Bb Tots will not be held responsible for any damages or loss to the products during the course of delivery.

8. All sales are final, goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless the goods are of the wrong design and size per your order.

* Rates vary according to the total weight of your item and shipping destination.
