1. All prices displayed for the products on Bb Tots represent the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier. No discounts will be given unless shown on our site or during special promotion.

2. All prices listed do not include any shipping/freight, tax, insurance or any other charges. Bb Tots reserves the right to impose an additional fee of shipping cost depending on the weight of your purchases according to the mailing option you have chosen.

3. Bb Tots will confirm the availability of your order via email within 1 day after receiving your order.

4. We will keep your order(s) for 3 days for you to process your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 3days, your order will be released and items re-open for sale.

5. No cancellation will be entertained once the order is confirmed and processed.

6.Full amount paid will be refunded if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods due to some unforeseen circumstances.

7. All products are brand new and we assure you that the quality and condition of the product are properly examined before they leave our store for delivery. Bb Tots will not be held responsible for any damages or loss to the products during the course of delivery.

8. All sales are final, goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless the goods are of the wrong design and size per your order.

8.The actual colors of the items displayed on website may vary from what you see on the actual item due to the variation of the computer monitors resolution but we will take extra care in describing the item to the nearest colour group possible.

9. Bb Tots reserves the right to add, amend or delete the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review them everytime you make a fresh order with us.

*For delivery by post, full payment is required.

* Rates vary according to the total weight of your item and shipping destination.

(ii) Pos Laju (EM) : RM9 (1-2 item), add RM 2 for every additional item
